Michael Blount Jr., Managing Broker

Michael Blount Jr. founded Panoptic Realty Group in 2013 to provide a more disciplined, analytical approach to commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services.

With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and development, Michael has represented clients across industrial, land, and retail asset classes throughout Texas. His work has included brokerage of millions of square feet of commercial space, advisory services on land and development projects, and consultation on transactions representing significant capital investment.

Michael’s expertise is centered on market analysis, site selection, and risk evaluation. He is known for applying location-based analysis, pricing discipline, and market data to inform client decisions—particularly where site dynamics, access, and timing materially affect outcomes. His advisory work often incorporates mapping, forecasting, and drive-time analysis to support operational efficiency and long-term planning.

A native Houstonian, Michael holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Houston.

Kristi Blount, Partner

Kristi Blount is a Partner at Panoptic Realty Group, contributing to market research, pricing analysis, and transaction strategy across the firm’s commercial brokerage and advisory assignments.

She brings a quantitative and analytical background to the firm’s work, supporting underwriting, valuation analysis, and strategic positioning for clients across industrial, retail, office, and land assets.

In addition to her commercial focus, Kristi works with select residential clients who value structured pricing strategy, disciplined negotiation, and data-driven decision-making in high-value transactions.

Kristi holds a degree in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University, with minors in Economics and English. Her background reinforces the firm’s emphasis on analytical clarity and intentional execution.
